I’m the Founder & CEO of 340 Health, which lowers the cost of pharmacy benefits for employers and health plans. I’ve previously started a multi-state medical weight management business (Accomplish Health) and a seed stage venture firm (Mesa Ventures).

I write a newsletter called Helpful Thoughts. I write about healthcare, employer benefits, investing, and entrepreneurship.

I am not investing in early-stage companies in 2024 while I focus on 340 Health.
